SOS Childrens Village Cebu - Making A Difference To A Child's Life

This is a photo of SOS Children's Village Cebu. The place is very clean, well-maintained and well-managed.

The organization takes care of the orphaned - and I should say, they do quite a good job. Its staff is friendly and accommodating.

Its nanays - the ones who are assigned to a particular house and to a specific number of children are good-natured people as well. I've met one in my first visit, and she told me and my wife that she has been with the organization for a good long time already.

I could say, based on her story - that she was very committed to the cause of the organization and that the children she handles & serves as a second mother to, has touched her life as well. I could feel, by the way she talks, that she really is concerned about the welfare of the children.
